Day 10 - Gwen Stefani

Ooooooh I am a BAD BAD girl. Today was BAD. No gym. I slept right through it. Plus I ate horribly! Sniff!


I should get the p90x video... at least the ab work out one...Hmm!

Breakfast: Bowl of chicken noodle soup, and a cup of Diet Pepsi.

To be fair... or really to try and justify, the bowl and cup weren't all that big.

This is what I threw away. I didn't really have ALL of the soda, just enough to get a taste.

Lunch: The typical lemon pepper tuna with 7 reduced fat Triscuits. 2 hummus eggs.

Snack: Special K Chocolate Chip Cookie bar

1st Dinner: Special K Double Chocolate Meal Bar

2nd Dinner: El Pollo Loco Classic Chicken Burrito, no cheese. (Yes, I had rice AND tortilla! Wah!)

And you know what.... I FEEL FULL!!! sfhdksufhies LET ME BE! Haha.

Day 9 - Gwen Stefani

Jesus, is this diet over yet? I'm kind of getting tired of cereal! It's time to eat real food! My body is like "Okay, seriously? That's enough of that!" 5 more days.

Did more jogging on the treadmill. Got up to almost 30 minutes! Woot! I really pushed myself on this one, mostly because of how I cheated yesterday....I cheated again today too, so it looks like i'll be pushing myself again tomorrow. I also did more ab crunches, more than i could handle. =) 3 sets of 12.


Breakfast: Special K Red Berries cereal

Lunch: 7 Reduced Fat Triscuits and Lemon Pepper Tuna. And 2 hummus eggies! Yum!

Snack: Special K Fruit Crisps

Snack: Special K Bar - Chocolate Chip Cookie

Dinner: Special K Cinnamon Pecan cereal with 1 banana and 2 strawberries.

Snack: Fuji Apple

2nd Dinner: BBQ chicken breast (light bbq glaze, size of my fist) and 3 potato wedges, again.

Current weight: 150 lbs.

When I got home I had two more hummus eggs...yummmmm ...I think I want two more, but I will try to resist!

Day 8 - Gwen Stefani


I've been lagging on the cardio. Lame. 15 minutes on the elliptical machine and that's about it. I treated myself to a facial for being so good on my diet, so that's all I did this morning. Then I cheated on my diet twice! Fail on me! I mean it wasn't like I had chocolate cake or anything, but the way they process food nowadays, who knows!

Before "gym": Special K Fruit Crisps

Breakfast: Special K Red Berries cereal with 1 banana

1st Lunch: Herb chicken and potatoes. (It was from our cafeteria. Not the healthiest selection but the chicken looked as if it was rotisserie. I made sure to get the white meat, and the chicken was no bigger than my fist. The chopped potatoes had some kind of oil all over them, I tried to get the driest ones, I had about 5)

2nd Lunch: 7 Reduced Fat Triscuits and Lemon Pepper Tuna. And 2 hummus eggies! Yum!

Snack: Fuji Apple

Snack: Glass of milk, with Special K Fruit Crisps. Grapes.

Dinner: Special K Cinnamon Pecan cereal with 1 banana.

2nd Dinner: Herb chicken and potatoes, again.

Current weight: Unknown.

This only means I really need to get on the ball when I go back to the gym tomorrow. Stop being a baby, and get my happy butt back on the treadmill.

Day 7 - Gwen Stefani

The employee gym was closed today,  and it will be tomorrow so I decided to check out the gym at the IP. I like it. It's not bad. I ended up using the steam room this morning, and man that felt amazing. I'm definitely going to do some good cardio there tomorrow then use that steam room right after to soothe my skin!

Before gym: Special K Fruit Crisps

Breakfast: Special K Red Berries cereal with 1 banana

Lunch: 7 Reduced Fat Triscuits and Lemon Pepper Tuna. And 2 hummus eggies! Yum! A handful of carrots on the side

Snack: Fuji Apple

Snack: Glass of milk, with Special K Fruit Crisps

Dinner: Special K Cinnamon Pecan cereal with 1 banana.

Snack: One hummus egg as I was preparing tomorrow's lunch

Day 6 - Gwen Stefani

Ugh.... Today was horrible! I've never been so HUNGRY!!! I want a big meal!! =(

Went to the gym and did 15 minutes of jogging this time! I'm getting better at it. In all honesty, that's all I did. I was too hungry and tired to focus. After I did the jogging I used an ab and back machine. 3 sets of 10 reps for each. 

THAT'S IT. Haha. 

Before Gym: Fuji Apple

Breakfast: Special K Red Berries cereal with 1 banana. 

Lunch: This was the yum part. I had 7 Triscut crackers (120 Cal.), with StarKist Tuna Creations (Zesty Lemon Pepper flavor - 60 Cal) I added lemon and pepper for MORE zest. Then I had two hard boiled eggs (17 cal x 2 = 34 cal), no yolk, with hummus filling (80 cal)! Yum! Total calories for lunch = approx. 294 Cal.

Snack: Special K Fruit Crisps

Snack: Fuji Apple plus Special K Fruit Crisps

Dinner: Special K Cinnamon Pecan cereal with a Banana

Snack: Handful of grapes, then a few baby carrots. 

As soon as I got home from work, I was still hungry. I don't believe in starving yourself. It's not good for you, so I had two more Hummus Eggs. God those are good. 

I really should do a daily calorie counter. Hmm. I might have to go back and edit every post. 

Total weight at the gym: 150 lbs on the daily scale. I lost 4 lbs on that scale so far. Not bad.

Day 5 - Gwen Stefani

When it comes to my days off, I just want to sleep. I work hard during the week, and I feel like I never get any rest, so I try to use these days to my advantage!

I got up at 12:45 pm. It felt great! I went to the gym today to do my official weigh in.

Survey says: 150 lbs!

Not bad. At Christmas I weighed 157. I'll take the 7 pound drop.

I was going to leave but I did a 15 minute jog on the treadmill before I left. I had to get SOMETHING in.

Before gym: Lemon pepper chicken with tomatillo salsa (Green salsa. Organic! Thanks Whole Foods!) with a side of Pinto beans.

After gym: Handful of baby carrots, then a handful of green grapes

Snack/Lunch: Two hard boiled egg whites, with hummus. (To simulate a deviled egg. The hummus I got from Fresh and Easy. it is sooooo good!)

Dinner: Special K Cinnamon Pecan cereal with 1/2 a banana

I honestly havent been that hungry today. I know you're supposed to eat like 5 to 6 times a day, blah blah, and I'm supposed to eat the Special K stuff. But, my schedule was so out of whack, I just ate little things here and there. I'll be back to my original schedule tomorrow, since im back at work.

Current weight: 150 lbs on the weigh in scale. The scale I have been using daily said 151.8 today.

Day 4 - Gwen Stefani

No gym today. It was a day of resting for me. I got lots of sleep in which is good! I'm gonna work on changing what I eat soon, so that everyday doesn't seem so bland, but right now, im doin' alright.

Breakfast: Fuji Apple

Snack: Special K Fruit Crisps

Lunch: Lemon Pepper Chicken with Pinto beans. Side of baby carrots. (I went to the grocery store and picked up one of those pre-made full rotisserie chickens for like $4) I ate 1/2 of the white meat breast. But i definitely overate, so watch the servings! I got a can of pinto beans as well, because I don't know how to make them myself. just be sure to check all cans to see which is nutritionally better for you. Watch the serving sizes!

Snack: Special K Fruit Crisps (These things are addicting haha)

Dinner: Special K Red Berries cereal with 1 banana

In case you were wondering what I've been drinking... it's just water. Ice cold water. Except when I'm having cereal, in which case I'm having 1% milk.
